Job Description: HR ManagerIndustry: Building Materials (Preferred Background: Real Estate / Interior Design)Location: Jubilee Hills, HyderabadExperience: 3-4 years in HR (Preferably in real estate, interior design, or building materials industry)Salary: ₹4-5 LPAReporting To: FounderAbout the Role:We are looking for an HR Manager to set up and manage the HR function for our building materials company. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management, recruitment, HR policy development, and compliance and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization. Candidates from a real estate or interior design background will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll & Compliance Management• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and reimbursement details.• Ensure adherence to HR and statutory compliance.2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition• Manage hiring for sales teams, project managers, logistics staff, site supervisors, and support roles.• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and industry networks.• Conduct interviews, oversee onboarding, and develop retention strategies.3. HR Policies & Processes Setup• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and an employee handbook.• Set up a structured performance management and appraisal system.• Implement an employee grievance redressal system to ensure a smooth work environment.4. Employee Engagement & Training• Organize training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.• Address workplace issues and work towards a positive organizational culture.• Ensure smooth handling of employee exits, including full & final settlements.5. HR Operations & Administration• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.• Implement HRMS software for payroll and performance tracking.• Work closely with the founder and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.Key Requirements:• 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in building materials, real estate, or interior design.• Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment, HR compliance, and labor laws.• Hands-on experience in HR policy creation and process implementation.• Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll tools, and Excel.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:• MBA / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent.• Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar employees.If you have the expertise to establish and lead the HR function in a growing building materials company, we would love to hear from you!How to Apply: Email resume to info@
