Job Title:Manager – Accounts & Finance Reports To:Finance Director / Directors Team Size:10 team members Company : Total IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Qualification:B Com / M Com / CA – Inter Experience :8 Years Plus Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager to lead and manage the accounting & finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.. This role requires strong leadership, goodcommunication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Ø Finalizing of Balance Sheets of Group Companies and working with auditors. Ø Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 accounting professionals. Ø Bank Loan Documentation, LC, BG and Post disbursement reporting requirements of Banks. Ø MCA Compliances, reporting and filing of applicable forms in coordination with CS. Ø Ensure all statutory compliances on time Ø Timely Monitoring and ensure collection of Outstanding Payments , Security Deposits/Earnest Money Deposits Ø Prepare Debtors MIS, update and circulate with ageing on daily basis. Ø Ensuring compliance with the GST laws, company policies and other statutory requirements. Ø Ensure TDS deductions are as per TDS certificate and raise escalation timely deducted at higher rate Ø Reconciliation of GST returns with the books of accounts. Ø Reconciliation of TDS/TCS Credit party wise as per Form 26AS with the books of accounts. Ø Validation of Interest charged by Banks . Ø Managing FDRs and Ensure FDR Interest and TDS is correct. Ø Setting up and monitoring of basic finance processes and aligned the Team. Ø Management ofMIS and Reporting to management. Ø Automation of the processes Ø On time closure of books of accounts. Ø Proper maintenance of books of accounts in all domains- banking, payments, vendor and client reconciliation. Ø Ensure Settlement of NFA in books of accounts and TDS deductions on payments made. Training team to ensure correct accounting
