Job Title:ServiceNow Developer Experience:5+ yearsRequirement: The ServiceNow Developer will develop and administer the workflows within ServiceNow, implement new systems or add-ons, help with problem resolution, and test systems for efficiency. The developer will work closely with other IT specialists to ensure that workflow solutions are implemented uniformly across the network.Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, SLA, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, SAM, and Virtual Agent. Build and optimize intuitive user interfaces and seamless navigation to enhance the overall user experience and workflow efficiency. Perform comprehensive database development and administration within the ServiceNow platform. Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements effectively. Implement and maintain self-service capabilities and process automation within the platform. Support ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring thorough planning, testing, and seamless deployment across non-production and production environments. Strengthen platform security by adhering to ServiceNow's best practices and governance policies. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and efficient platform architecture. Lead or support integration efforts with external tools and systems, including DevOps or other ticking tools and APIs. Manage and troubleshoot MID Server configurations. Ensure proper functioning of CMDB and Asset Management, maintaining data integrity and alignment with ITIL best practices. Demonstrate strong scripting capabilities for platform customization and automation.
