Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales Executive with a core expertise in MuleSoft integration and a strong knack for market research. This role combines your technical understanding of MuleSoft’s integration capabilities with strategic sales acumen, enabling you to identify new business opportunities, drive lead generation, and support client success.Work Experience : - 2-5 YearsShift Timings: US Shift (2PM-11PM)Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential clients to identify their integration needs and demonstrate the value of Mulesoft solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their integration challenges. Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of MuleSoft integration solutions to explain technical features and benefits to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and customize solutions as per their requirements. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential industries, competitors, and emerging trends in the integration domain. Analyze market data to develop targeted sales strategies and identify areas of opportunity for growth. Sales Process Management: Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying and closing new deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the tech or IT services industry. Solid understanding of MuleSoft integration and its applications. Strong market research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
