Position: BIM Modeler HVAC/PHE Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Kolkata/Ahmedabad/Gurugram Experience: 5 Years BE/BTech/ 10 Years Diploma Roles and Responsibilities: Sizing of HVAC ducts and Pipe along with routing. Space Planning of HVAC Equipment’s. Co-ordination with other disciplines. Modelling of Plumbing and Fire Fighting Service. ProvideBIM modeling and design support. Coordinate and manage Revit models. Create Revit families blocks. Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers. Review all work for completeness and accuracy Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines. Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis. Complete printing and plotting requests. Observe professional ethics. Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools. Requirements Five+ years of BIM experience on complex ME projects Domestic profiles can also be considered, they should have worked for Hotels, Entertainment, Airport and Data Center industries. Understanding of MEP Systems. Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software. Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering), 3D Studio Max and Navisworks.
