The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, sales leadership, and data analytics capabilities, with a proven track record in building scalable, high-output inside sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Leadership:- Define and implement the inside sales strategy aligned with organizational revenue and growth objectives. - Build, mentor, and lead a large team of inside sales professionals and managers across geographies. - Drive structured sales processes for lead qualification, nurturing, conversion, and post-sale engagement. - Create and execute aggressive but achievable sales plans, pipeline management, and performance metrics.Data-Driven Sales Management:- Use CRM, sales analytics tools, and dashboards to drive visibility, accountability, and predictive forecasting. - Analyze sales performance data, lead conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness to optimize sales efficiency. - Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the sales funnel based on data insights.Performance Management:- Establish and monitor KPIs, quotas, and incentive programs to maximize team output and motivation. - Regularly review team and individual performance, coaching team members to achieve targets. - Set up a strong reporting cadence for leadership on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer onboarding. - Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and buyer behavior trends to optimize campaigns.Process Excellence and Automation:- Build standardized inside sales processes and continuously refine sales playbooks. - Identify and implement technology solutions for automation, CRM improvements, and workflow efficiency.Key Requirements:- Experience: 15–18 years of progressive experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech, healthcare, SaaS, or B2C/B2B service industries. - Leadership: Proven experience in managing large, distributed inside sales teams (50+ members) and achieving/exceeding aggressive revenue targets. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term sales strategies while delivering short-term wins. - Data Orientation: Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent) and data-driven decision-making. - Analytical Skills: Excellent proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, customer data, and business reports. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills. - Mindset: Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action. - Preferred: Experience in scaling inside sales teams from startup to high-growth phases.Location: Hyderabad,Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives + leadership benefits.
