We work on time-sensitive consulting projects across industries and geographies.Role Overview:We are looking for a Research Analyst with at least 1 year of relevant experience who can manage end-to-end expert identification and onboarding for consulting engagements. The role requires strong communication, research skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze project briefs and research relevant industry experts using LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms. Conduct outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage and screen potential experts. Coordinate and schedule expert consultations in line with client requirements. Ensure timely expert onboarding, maintain communication logs, and support documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize expert delivery and project outcomes. Maintain internal dashboards and update expert data for reporting and quality control.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in a research/consulting/expert network/startup environment. Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related fields. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong research capabilities and proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online research tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
