EUC LeadExperience: 4 - 8 YearsLocation: HyderabadNotice Period: 0 30 DaysJob description- Lead and manage the EUC team to support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and other end-user technologies. - Define and implement EUC strategies, standards, and policies aligned with organizational goals. - Manage Identity and access management tickets and backlog. - Oversee lifecycle management of endpoint devices, including procurement, deployment, support, and retirement. - Manage application packaging, patching, and software distribution using tools like SCCM, Intune, or similar. - Ensure high levels of user satisfaction by delivering responsive support and proactive communication. - Collaborate with information security to enforce endpoint protection and compliance. - Evaluate and integrate new EUC technologies to improve performance, security, and user productivity. - Lead problem resolution and root cause analysis for EUC-related incidents and outages. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for support and project delivery. - Track KPIs and metrics for service performance, ticket resolution, and user satisfaction.
