Primary responsibilities:Trainings Identify training needs across departments through consultations with leadership and employees. Develop and deliver training programs to support skill development, leadership growth, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide specialized training resources. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. End to end ownership for Induction process.Content Development Design engaging content such as presentations, e-learning modules, newsletters, and handbooks to support engagement, wellbeing, and training initiatives. Maintain and manage content libraries to ensure accessibility and relevance.Experience : 2 Years to 5 YearsEducation : Minimum qualification – Graduation in any field. Preferably MBA / PG diploma or degree in Human Resource Management. Any certification in training & development will be added advantage.Key Skills and Attributes:Proven experience in employee engagement, wellbeing programs, or learning and development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative initiatives and content. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in training, coaching, or wellness programs is a plus.
