This role demands a hybrid thinker—someone fluent in the language of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content mappingandequally capable of scaling results through data-driven PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other performance channels. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of SEO and PPC specialists, collaborate with UX, content, and analytics teams, and play a key role in delivering measurable ROI through integrated search marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Oversight: Define and drive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and conversion goals. Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with dev/tech teams for implementation. Lead keyword strategy, site architecture planning, and content optimization across channels. Coordinate with content marketing teams to ensure alignment with search intent and funnel objectives. PPC Management & Optimization: Lead PPC strategy across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Shopping, Display, YouTube, etc.). Oversee keyword planning, bidding strategies, budget allocations, and A/B testing. Optimize campaigns for CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Build unified reporting dashboards that track both SEO and PPC KPIs. Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams. Leverage GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and campaign-specific tools. Client Management & Collaboration: Act as the strategic point of contact for search performance—owning the communication of value to clients. Team Leadership & Enablement: Manage a growing team of SEO analysts and PPC specialists. Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and skill development. Create SOPs, workflows, and knowledge-sharing systems for best practices in search marketing.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in search marketing with a balance of SEO and PPC expertise. Strong understanding of keyword strategy, funnel optimization, and paid media performance metrics.
