Career growth: Excellent potential for advancement in a future-ready domain.Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers (electrical domain) as per business requirements. Prepare RFQs, support cross-functional collaboration, and oversee supplier selection for NPI and migration projects. Handle PR/PO processes for NPI parts, tooling, and samples. Coordinate engineering evaluations and sample qualifications. Negotiate key contracts (MPA, QAC, NDA, consignment) and drive cost reductions using market and demand data. Lead VA/VE and cost-reduction initiatives with engineering teams. Conduct quarterly supplier scorecard reviews to improve quality, delivery, and cost performance. Collaborate with quality teams on supplier improvement and RMA resolution. Support logistics/materials team in supplier delivery optimization. Identify sourcing risks, evaluate suppliers, and implement corrective actions. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; strong in cost/price analysis based on TCO.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 3 years in sourcing, especially for electrical/electronic automotive components like VCU, HMI, chargers, wiring harnesses, etc. Strong experience in supplier negotiation, development, and strategic sourcing.Required Skills:Commodity Sourcing Strategy RFQ and Negotiation Supplier Development Commercial Acumen Data Analysis Project ManagementNote: This is an urgent requirement.
