Job Purpose:As an accomplished Graphic Designer, your pivot role crafting visually striking designs that align with brand identity. This role involves collaborating across teams, managing multiple projects, and staying attuned to design trends, contributing to effective visual communication for the organization.Location:New DelhiJob Responsibilities: Graphic Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for diverse mediums such as marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and more. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. Brand Identity Development: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company's brand identity. Implement and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand project goals and requirements. Collaborate effectively to integrate feedback and align designs with overall business objectives. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Prioritize tasks and allocate time efficiently to maintain high-quality design output. Innovation and Trends Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Introduce innovative design concepts to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of projects.Required Knowledge: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (through Full Time or Regular course). Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
