Role Description -As a Quote to Cash Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to optimize and streamline the entire quote to cash process within the organization. This includes managing the end-to-end process of generating quotes, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Your role will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams.Role RequirementProven experience in quote to cash processes and systems Strong understanding of order management, billing, Collections, Dispute Management and Cash applications Ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions for improvement. Excellent project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives Experience with CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce and Oracle. Ability to handle large volumes of data and analyze trends. Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams within the organization. Contributing to teamwork for achieving SLA Accountable for achieving the targets agreed with Stakeholders and management. Should be ready to manage high volumes & flexible to stretch beyond shift. Complies with all departmental/ financial operations policies and practices.
