Key Responsibilities: 1. Expertise in Policy Enforcement & Developer Support: Serve as thego-to expertforE commerce - Market Place Store policies, developer queries, and enforcement guidelines . Provide guidance oncomplex cases, appeals, and policy interpretation . Support thereview and verification of app submissionsto ensure compliance with policies. 2. Case Escalation & Resolution: Assist Tier 3 agents withescalated developer issues, troubleshooting, and decision-making . Work closely with internalpolicy, legal, and product teamsto resolve critical policy disputes. Ensureaccurate and fair enforcement of E commerce - Market Place policieswhile maintaining developer satisfaction. 3. Training & Process Improvement: Conductknowledge-sharing sessions, training workshops, and policy updatesfor the team. Identifygaps in policy understandingand design training programs to improve compliance. Develop and maintaindocumentation, FAQs, and case-handling guidesfor Tier 3 support. 4. Quality Assurance & Reporting: Monitorcase-handling accuracy and response quality , providing feedback for improvement. Analyzepolicy trends, violation patterns, and developer challenges , and suggest process enhancements. Generateweekly/monthly reportson escalations, issue trends, and policy adherence insights.
