Client – USA (DENTAL OFFICE) Location: [Madhapur, Hyderabad] Job Type: [Full-Time ] Reports To: Office Manager / Practice AdministratorJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Remote Outsourced Dental Billing Specialist to join our virtual back-office team. In this outsourced role, you will work remotely to provide billing and insurance support for U.S.-based dental practices. The ideal candidate has strong experience in dental billing, a solid understanding of U.S. insurance systems, and is comfortable working across time zones.Key Responsibilities:- Accurately submit dental insurance claims electronically .- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits before treatment.- Review and post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials.- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims promptly and effectively.- Generate and send patient statements; manage outstanding balances.- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.- Communicate clearly with patients regarding insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options.- Assist the front desk team with scheduling and patient check-in/out when needed.- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.- Produce regular financial and accounts receivable reports for management.Qualifications:- 2+ years of dental billing experience.- Proficiency in Open Dental software is PREFERABLE- Strong understanding of dental insurance (PPO, HMO, Medicaid) and CDT coding.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing and claim submissions.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Professional communication skills with patients, insurance carriers, and team members.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment.Preferred Skills: Experience with patient financing programs (e.g., CareCredit).
