As we expand, we’re building a high-performance business development team focused on outbound client acquisition, international sales, and long-term partnerships.Job Description: We are looking for motivated fresh graduates, MBA interns, or early-career sales/marketing professionals who want to build a future in international B2B sales. As a BD Executive/Intern, you'll work directly with senior leadership and contribute to real-time client engagement, outbound campaigns, and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential US-based clients (Direct Clients, MSPs, Implementation Partners) Build strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams Execute cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns Collaborate with recruiters and delivery managers to align staffing solutions Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or Excel Stay updated with US IT staffing trends, especially in Data Science and AI hiringRequired Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Marketing/sales background from a reputed university preferred Confident in outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) Knowledge or strong interest in IT roles (Data, AI/ML, Cloud) Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools (preferred) Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zonesQualifications: /B.Tech or equivalent (2023/2024 pass-outs welcome) Open to Interns or Freshers with strong sales mindset Internship: 3–6 months (PPO opportunity for high performers)Why Join Us?
