Greetings from TCS!!!TCS New Delhi hiring for Application Packaging Analyst on 3rd May Saturday through walk in mode !!!!!Role: Application Packaging Analyst Experience required: 8to15 years Location:-New DelhiMust Have Skills:- Experience in Application Packaging using InstallShield Admin Studio Experience in Microsoft Application Virtualization and sequencing tasks Experience in software deployment using SCCM and Intune Knowledge of Automation/scripting using powershell, vbscript, batch scripting, WMI Knowledge of Active Directory Knowledge of windows registry, file and folder security and general operating system Knowledge of troubleshooting tools like Process Monitor, Process Explorer, install rite, Dependency walker, Beyond Compare Knowledge on packaging common applications like Office add-ins, Chrome/Edge/IE/Java application and extensions, Antivirus, etc., Responsibilities:- Technical review of the Application Packaging Requests Create application package in MSI and/or APPV Virtual format for Windows. Test packages on Windows 10 and assist on Windows 10 upgrade Troubleshoot old internally developed applications and remediate them to work on Windows 10 Development of Custom Scripts and installation logic Create technical documents for applications Publishing the package for UAT Support QA process Validation of Application Packages. Release readiness, update documentation Remediate & Test application packages for VDI deployment. Develop automated scripts to handle custom requirements Development knowledge to develop automated tool for application management Deploy packages using SCCM to productions users, following change management process Remove packages as per the business requirements Provide support on package functionality or deployment issues in production. Troubleshooting and resolving complex and escalated Application issues Engage with project teams as needed to provide packaging and deployment support. Provide support of desktops, laptops, and Virtual desktop environment. Drive process improvements and Automations to increase effectiveness and Quality. Good communication skills and team player, ability to coordinate well within local/global teams within same function as well as cross functional team
