Job Title:Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant Experience:5 to 10 yearsJob Summary: We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion WMS (Warehouse Management System) Consultantwith5 to 10 yearsof experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion WMS solutions. The ideal candidate should have successfully ledat least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion WMS implementations , with at leastone implementation integrating with Oracle Fusion SCM modules(Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing). This role requiresstrong functional expertise ,integration knowledge , andexcellent communication skillsto interact with stakeholders and clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end implementationof Oracle Fusion WMS, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders tounderstand warehouse operationsand align them with Oracle Fusion WMS capabilities. Work onOracle Fusion SCM modules , specificallyProcurement (PO), Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing , ensuring seamless integration with WMS. Define and documentfunctional requirements , business processes, and workflows related to warehouse management operations. Configure Oracle Fusion WMS to optimize inventory tracking, inbound and outbound logistics, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Provide expertise inWMS integrationswiththird-party logistics (3PL), transportation management systems (TMS), barcode scanning solutions, and automation tools . Conductuser trainingand knowledge transfer to business users and IT teams. Supportdata migration, validation, and reconciliationactivities during implementation and upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolvefunctional and technical issuesrelated to Oracle Fusion WMS and its integrated modules. Engage withOracle Supportand internal IT teams for issue resolution and system enhancements. Act as atrusted advisorto clients, guiding them throughbest practices in warehouse automation, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency . Required Skills & Experience: 5-10 yearsof experience in Oracle WMS solutions, with at least2 full lifecycle implementationsofOracle Fusion WMS . At leastone implementation must include Oracle Fusion SCM modules(Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or Manufacturing). Strong functional knowledge ofwarehouse operations , includingreceiving, putaway, cycle counting, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management . Hands-on experience inconfiguring Oracle Fusion WMS and related SCM modules . Knowledge ofWMS integrationswithbarcode scanning, 3PL, TMS, EDI, and robotics automation . Familiarity withOracle Cloud architecture, security, and workflows . Experience indata migration, testing, UAT, and production support . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strongcommunication and client-facing skillswith experience in stakeholder management. Ability to work infast-paced, global implementation projectsand handle multiple priorities. Desirable Skills: Exposure toOracle Fusion WMS Technical ArchitectureandCloud PaaS extensions . Knowledge ofOracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI reporting, and SQL for custom reports . Experience inAgile/Scrum methodologiesfor Oracle Cloud implementations. Oracle Fusion WMS Certification is a plus. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeinSupply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field . Oracle Fusion WMS or SCM certification preferred.
