Brand growth and business development are critical to our work.Location: Banjara Hills, HyderabadJob Type: Full-timeJob Role: Creative ManagerWork Model: On-Site (strictly NO remote and NO freelancers)Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PMSalary: 4.5 LPA - 6 LPA (Subject to experience)Job Overview:We are seeking a Creative Manager who is equal parts visual storyteller, strategist, and team leader. This role demands someone with a strong grasp of both design execution and social media strategy. You’ll lead the development of compelling visual content while building and driving integrated digital strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and analytically minded—someone who can execute with style while thinking with structure.Key Responsibilities:1. Creative Direction & Visual Content Creation- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of all visual content across platforms (static, video, motion). - Create graphics, illustrations, animations, and infographics tailored for social media reels, stories, posts, websites, and digital campaigns. - Direct and execute engaging brand photoshoots and video content creation. - Maintain visual consistency across all content to reflect each brand’s tone and identity.2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics- Edit high-quality videos with compelling storytelling, pacing, and visual style. - Apply transitions, effects, and overlays to elevate content. - Create dynamic animations and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and engagement across platforms.3. Social Media Strategy & Campaign Planning- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand goals. - Oversee content ideation, creation, scheduling, and execution across platforms. - Integrate content strategies with broader campaigns and brand goals.4. Community Engagement & Brand Building- Collaborate with the social media team to monitor and engage audiences across all platforms. - Implement strategies to grow a loyal, active community around each brand. - Maintain brand voice and customer experience across all digital interactions.5. Paid Campaign, Influencer Integration & Performance Marketing- Coordinate with marketing teams and external vendors to develop and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms. - Support the development of in-house performance marketing strategies when needed. - Work closely with influencers and content partners for strategic collaborations. - Evaluate campaign ROI, optimize creative assets, and adjust strategies based on performance.6. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization- Use platform insights and analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance. - Generate monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. - Continuously iterate creative approaches based on audience behavior and platform trends.7. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Lead and mentor junior designers and social media team members. - Manage creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects and platforms. - Coordinate with web developers and tech partners for content integration, landing pages, and website enhancements. - Participate in brainstorming, planning, and review sessions to drive creative excellence and strategic alignment.8. Trendspotting, Tool Mastery & Website Know-How- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, animation, video editing, digital strategy, and social media. - Explore and implement emerging tools, plug-ins, and techniques to enhance content production and engagement. - Have working knowledge of website design systems and CMS platforms to help align digital content and campaign assets with tech teams.Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, creative direction and social media content strategy. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital funnels, and paid social ad strategies. - Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web development coordination. - Solid understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and digital marketing strategies. - Experience leading creative teams and managing end-to-end campaign production. - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across static and motion formats. - Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative mindset.If you're a creative leader who blends vision with strategy and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
