Workspend is an innovative company and we are using the latest innovative technologies to disrupt the workforce industry.Position Mission TheMSP Program Directoris responsible for identifying and developing relationships with Sr. client and executive stakeholders, hiring managers and other program users to their fullest potential in order to fulfill contingent labor requirements in an efficient and cost-effective methodology as well as expand business opportunities with the client. The MSP Program Director is instrumental in working effectively with various teams as well as executive leadership within Workspend.Essential Job Responsibilities Establish the program strategy for all programs under their direction. Hire train and lead multiple program teams to deliver the established strategic vision for the program. Ability to lead program team consisting of program specialists and administrative staff Follow up regularly with clients to maintain relationships, build knowledge of needs, and develop new business opportunities Act as point of escalation Provides strategic methodologies to driving the customer in their contingent labor needs and requirements Expands existing business, inclusive of introducing new lines of services with Workspend sales and internal team support Educates all assigned managers on the MSP process and relays benefits Create and review data for each customer’s quarterly business reviews and present to client Reviews resumes for inordinately high bill rates and negotiates with suppliers Ensures the timely execution of the Escalation Process Works with Hiring Managers, Suppliers and Workspend internal teams to resolve billing issues Ensures adherence to required Client safety training, liaison and ambassador to provide safety leadership to include the creation or distribution of safety messaging Work with Workspend teams to build strong client relations and develop true partnership with the client Complete timely data entry of required data into Workspend’s automated systems; maintain consistency and integrity of data Punctuality and attendance are essential to successful function of the job Perform special assignments/complete projects as needed Work with Workspend Corporate leadership team on company vision, strategy and growthMinimum Qualifications 5 – 8 years’ Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, MSP, or Procurement Industry experience 5 – 6 years’ experience in customer account management 6 - 7 years’ personnel management 2+ years’ sales experience, recruiting or customer relationship positions Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredRequired Skills: Effectively communicate in writing Effectively communicate verbally including written, video and phone Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees MS Office at intermediate level with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred Ability to meet or exceed minimum expectations and performance objectives Ability to multi task to meet frequent deadlines Assimilate well into a team environmentWorkspend is an EEOE.
