Job Title:Front Office Executive/ Front Office Receptionist Location:Gachibowli, Hyderabad Working:6 days a week in office (2nd Saturday off) Timings:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Industry:Real Estate – Co-working Spaces Joining:Immediate Diversity candidates onlyJob Description: As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in creating a positive impression of the organization. You will handle all front desk activities while providing administrative support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:Reception & Guest Handling Welcome and guide visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Call Management Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally. Redirect calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Handle general inquiries efficiently. Administrative Support Manage all incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and official correspondence. Maintain stock and inventory of office supplies. Support the administrative team with documentation and logistics. Meeting & Scheduling Assistance Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Assist in making travel arrangements and hotel bookings for team members. Record Keeping & Data Management Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and office inventory. Support Admin team with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 3 to 5 years in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or co-working environment Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional demeanor and appearance Multitasking and organizational skills
