This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and customer-centric outcomes.Work Location:Hyderabad (Client Location) Experience:2-3+ years of relevant professional experienceKey Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, lending teams, and IT to understand and document business requirements for LMS/LOS enhancements. Must have prior experience in Lending Solutions Including digital banking. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit user needs and system functionalities. Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. 2. Process Design and Optimization: Map end-to-end lending workflows for diverse loan products, including personal loans, SME loans, and mortgages. Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are well-understood by development and QA teams. Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups as needed to visualize requirements and system changes 3. Implementation and Alignment: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration. Translate business requirements into platform-specific configurations and workflows. Participate in system design discussions, testing activities, and implementation planning. Work with IT and vendor teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. 4. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and Finxbridge support. Provide updates on Finxbridge implementation progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. Conduct workshops and training sessions to help users maximize the potential of the Finxbridge platform. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and execute test cases to validate Finxbridge-based solutions that meet business requirements. Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure smooth deployment and gather client feedback. Project Coordination & Support: Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Provide post-implementation support, monitor system performance, and gather feedback for future enhancements. Liaise with compliance and risk management teams to ensure that system changes adhere to regulatory standards. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the primary point of contact forLMS/LOS -related inquiries and issues. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital lending and loan management. Propose innovative solutions to optimize loan processing, improve customer experience, and streamline operations.Required Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the lending domain for NBFCs or banks or MFI, and Proven experience working on Finxbridge or similar financial platforms for lending solutions. Hands-on experience with loan management systems (LOS/LMS) and digital Banking, lending workflows.Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio). Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data workflows in the financial domain. Familiarity with digital banking, lending processes, and core banking systems. Proficient in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and data analysis.Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the lending lifecycle: loan origination, credit assessment, risk mitigation, disbursement, and collections. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks for NBFCs and banks (KYC, AML, RBI guidelines).Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Domain Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services.
