Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will primarily be involved in providing support to the Data, Data Engineering and Country Development teams in delivering complex initiatives. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, using a combination of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. The Project Manager role is critical to the success of the PMO and requires a highly organized, skilled, and experienced individual who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects concurrently. The right candidate should have Excellent interpersonal skills Deep understanding of Project Management principles & Software Development Life Cycle 10+ years of overall experience 4+ years of experience managing Information Technology projects 2+ years of experience working in Agile software delivery methodologies 2+ years of experience working with Global Stakeholders Certified in PMP or PRINCE2 Skills we are looking for Strong communication skills that enable clear communication with project stakeholders ensuring transparency and minimizing surprises during project delivery. Comfortable to work under pressure and navigate Global stakeholders. Critical thinking & problem solving skills Excellent time management and organisational skills which are essential for managing several projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and relationships with Global stakeholders and the IT teams Ability to identify and manage interdependencies across a portfolio of projects that involve both technology and business projects Technical aptitude and the ability to bridge the communication gap between business and technologists, making it easier to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing Risks & Issues and PMO governance, which involves applying best practices for project management methodologies Experience in utilising Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools effectively to manage and communicate project information. Responsibilities you will have in this role (not exhaustive) Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for medium to large scale projects. Define project approach in agreement with stakeholders. Gain agreement from stakeholders to conclusions and recommendations. Prepare realistic project plans including scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans. Track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate. Identify, assess, and manage dependencies, risks, and issues effectively. Produce, validate, and publish accurate project reports and dashboards, and provide visibility. Display flexibility under changing priorities and actively collaborate with Creditsafe teams to achieve common objectives. Contribute to the ongoing growth, maturity, and success of the PMO.
