Job Summary: A Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing bench candidates (IT consultants on H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer etc.) to clients and staffing agencies to secure projects for them.Location: Auro Orbit, Near THub, Hyderabad Duration: Full Time (6.30PM IST - 3.30AM IST)Responsibilities: Market bench consultants (available IT candidates) to direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn networking. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to place consultants quickly. Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and payment structures. Understand consultant skills, experience, and project preferences. Work closely with recruiters to gather profiles of available consultants. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients. Ensure smooth onboarding and follow up after placement. Handle visa-related documentation (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.). Ensure compliance with legal and immigration policies. Maintain an updated database of consultants, job submissions, and client communications. Build strong professional relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants. Actively participate in IT job boards, social media groups, and online communities to find job opportunities. Establish long-term partnerships with clients for repeat business.Qualifications: Strong sales & negotiation skills 5-7yrs in Bench Sales Experience with US IT staffing industry Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) Proficiency in job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) Knowledge of work visas (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) Excellent communication & networking skills
