Through a range of services, we ensure clients stay ahead in the ever-changing business landscape and focus on their core business priorities.Bench Sales Recruiter: Roles & ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities- Marketing Consultants: Promote bench consultants (developers, testers, etc.) to vendors, clients, and partners using job boards and networks. - Visa Experience: Must have experience working with F1-OPT, H1B, and H4-EAD visa consultants, understanding their work authorization and limitations. - Sourcing & Networking: Find job opportunities via portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and build relationships with clients and vendors. - Consultant Engagement: Understand consultants' skills, update resumes, and prepare them for interviews. - Job Submissions: Match consultants to job requirements, customize resumes, and follow up on submissions. - Rate Negotiation: Negotiate billing rates with vendors/clients while meeting consultant expectations. - Documentation & Compliance: Manage work authorizations, visas, and contracts. - Post-Placement Support: Assist consultants during onboarding and address project-related concerns.Additional Benefits & Requirements- Day 1 Onsite: Immediate joining support at the office from Day 1. - Cab Facility: Transportation provided for convenience. - US Timings: Must be flexible to work in night shifts to align with US business hours.Experience Requirement- Must have 5+ years of experience working in IT staffing companies or IT consultancy firms.Skills Needed- Knowledge of IT roles and skills (e.g., Java, AWS). - Excellent communication and networking abilities. - Strong negotiation and time management skills. - Proficiency with job boards and CRM tools.KPIs- Number of placements, time to place, and success rate of submissions. - Revenue generated and satisfaction levels of clients and consultants.
