Job OverviewMilestone, India is looking for talented and dynamic individuals, having very good exposure in the field of Business Operations to be a part of Business Operations team to support the Onshore Service Delivery Executives and Managers globally.This role requires very good attention to detail, work with multiple stakeholders and identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations. Also perform vast amount of data and information analysis and review to provide a good insight to SDM’s and SDE’s.This role will be managed from Milestone offshore development center in Hyderabad. This role will report into Business Operations Lead Milestone, India.How You Will Make an Impact1. Review policies and business process and Analyse data and information to identify business opportunities and improve operating efficiency.2. Ability to analyse and generate periodic dashboard/reports indicating costs vs revenue for key customers, ability to identify cost saving initiatives, identify billing leakages, ability to bring in required controls to make the account more profitable.3. Work closely with executive management, Delivery, Sales and Finance teams to achieve outcomes based on company goals.4. Timecard administration for multiple programs and ensure there is no gaps in recording and billing the hours reported.5. Provide Billing re-caps with appropriate analysis for the delivery team to take necessary corrective actions.6. Standardize templates across the board for Delivery team, w.r.t to CSAT, QBRs, MBRs and other KPI reporting.7. Follow-up on Customer NPS scores and reporting on the same.8. Reporting of SLA/KPI and CPI index for projects9. Identify potential opportunities to centralize business operations related mundane tasks which can be moved to a low-cost centre and ideas to automate many of these tasks to reduce human intervention and minimize errors.10. Provide periodic feedback to vendors based on data (against defined SLAs) & continuously strive to improve efficiency by reducing cost and enable Milestone to achieve improved profit margins.11. Ability to present financial data to key customer and internal Milestone stakeholders.12. Should have experience in strategic financial planning, finance management, stakeholder management, operations and administration, budgeting, cost control, mergers, and acquisitions.13. Centralized customer billing and validate billing accuracy.14. Tracking and validating SOW/CR renewals and provide appropriate amendments prior to the expiry and follow-up with internal stakeholders for initiation of renewals.15. Tracking and validating PO renewals and utilizations, extensions of PO running out of budget needs to be tracked and followed up with the relevant internal stakeholders.16. Tracking new hires, terminations and movement of resources across different line of businesses to ensure resources are billed from day-1 of hiring or moving to a new role within the Organization.17. Handle adhoc Projects (New Activities) with Support from the Team lead, assess, plan and execute the new projects.What You Will Need to Succeed1. We need an exceptionally talented, bright self-driven candidate to perform the role of business operations analyst role. Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.2. Candidate should have performed role of Business operations Analyst for at least 5-7 years with hands on IT experience of 7-9 years. Should have ability to work independently with minimal supervision.3. Provide recommendations w.r.t to existing process and work towards improving performance of the existing process/task. Provide Weekly/Monthly reports to Management on key findings and assessments.4. The candidate should be result oriented with good analytical and organizational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to interface and present financial data based on analysis to key internal stakeholders and customers, should have good understanding of finance and delivery and ability to apply financial acumen to improve profitability and reduce cost of delivery.6. Mandate to have Computer skills with advanced excel skills, power point presentations, knowledge of Workday and Tableau is good to have.7. Promotes positive, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, peers and stakeholders.8. Should be agile, ready to stretch as and when required.9. Excellent analytical skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
