ITOM troubleshooting capabilities. • Good experience of scripting experience • Should have great communication skills • Open to Rotational shift with weekend on-call.Qualifications we seek in you! • Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred qualifications / Skills Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
