Job Role:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Creation Annotation Quality Agent to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that the content annotations created for training AI models are of the highest quality and adhere to our internal standards. You will play a crucial role in reviewing and verifying the accuracy, consistency, and quality of annotations applied to various types of content, including text, images, audio, and video, to help improve AI model training and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Review and assess annotated content (text, images, audio, video, etc.) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness. - Verify that annotations are correctly aligned with the intended objectives and standards. - Perform quality checks on a variety of content types (e.g., image labels, sentiment tags, entity recognition, transcriptions) to ensure they meet predefined guidelines. - Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent annotations for correction.Skills and Qualifications:- Education: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Linguistics, Media Studies, Data Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience. - Experience: - 1 -2 years of proven experience in content annotation, quality assurance, or data labelling for machine learning models. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with AI and machine learning model training processes is a plus. - Experience with annotation tools and platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth, Prodigy) is desirable.Interested candidates can share the cvs at Mitali.rai@⚠️ Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
