Position: Director – Product Management & Growth Location: Hyderabad (On-Site) Reporting to: CTO & Co-founderAbout the Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Director of Product Management and Growth to own the product vision and growth strategy at ekincare. This role is ideal for an experienced Product Leader who is passionate about using technology and data to build scalable, user-centric products and can also drive product adoption through impactful marketing initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional experiences and exponential business growth.Key Success Metrics: • Develop scalable products with an exceptional user experience • Drive activation, engagement, and retention (DAU & MAU) • Improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) • Execute product campaigns that result in improved adoption and growthResponsibilities: • Own the entire product lifecycle – from research, roadmap, design, development to launch • Leverage knowledge of app-based ecosystems to enhance service utilization • Design and execute product-led campaigns to boost adoption and engagement • Use data-driven insights to craft seamless user experiences and strategic decisions • Define and align product roadmaps, goals, and delivery timelines • Drive measurable improvements in user experience and satisfaction • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals • Be the voice of the user — understand their needs and translate them into innovative solutions • Establish and track key engagement metrics to continually refine the product roadmap • Partner with design and engineering to deliver products with strong UI/UXMust-Have Skills: • Proven success in growth hacking and growth optimization • Experience in eCommerce, technology, HealthTech, or similar fast-paced industries • Hands-on expertise with tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, etc. • Strong data orientation with the ability to extract actionable insights independently • Strategic thinker with a clear product vision and execution capabilities • Adaptive and resilient in a high-speed, super-app environment • Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive product alignment • Strong analytical and innovative thinking with a passion for continuous improvement • Ability to manage pressure and deliver results under tight timelinesSuccessful Applicant: • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in managing product teams or owning major product verticals. • A deep passion for solving challenges for Indian healthcare consumers • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • A result-oriented mindset with the ability to take end-to-end ownership • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support • Excellent organizational and prioritization skillsAbout ekincare Join the fastest-growing health benefits platform in India. ekincare is a Series B funded startup, Operating in one of the few industries with tailwinds from COVID-19.
