Job Title

Key Responsibilities: Oversee manual and automated testing for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Develop and execute automation frameworks using Appium and Java. Manage testing efforts, including regression, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing for mobile apps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, etc.) to define test requirements and ensure high-quality delivery. Monitor and report on defect trends, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Ensure the adoption of industry best practices and continuously improve the QA process and tools. nsure high-level quality standards are met and mentor junior QA team members. Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years of experience in QA and software testing. Hands-on expertise in Appium, Java, and mobile testing for Android and iOS platforms. Strong experience in automated testing using Appium and Java. Proficiency in manual testing and a strong understanding of mobile application testing across both platforms. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into these workflows. Familiarity with mobile testing tools, frameworks, and debugging techniques. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
