The role involves LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and calling, with close coordination with the India-based sales team to support pipeline growth.Key Responsibilities:LinkedIn Outreach : Identify and connect with key decision-makers using Sales Navigator; run personalized messaging campaigns. Email Campaigns : Build and segment email lists, manage cold outreach sequences, and track campaign performance. Cold Calling : Qualify leads via consultative calls and schedule meetings for the sales team. Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to align lead gen activities with target industries and accounts. CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate lead records and generate weekly KPI reports.Qualifications & Skills:Experience : 2–4 years in B2B lead generation for Indian/APAC markets. Tools : Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms, and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Communication : Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal skills.
