We’re on the lookout for aData Science Managerwith deep expertise inSpeech-to-Text (STT), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AIto lead a high-impact Conversational AI initiative for one of our premier EMEA-based clients. You’ll not only guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers but also work hands-on to build cutting-edge systems forreal-time transcription, sentiment analysis, summarization, and intelligent decision-making . Your solutions will enable smarter engagement strategies, unlock valuable insights, and directly impact client success.What You'll Do:Strategic Leadership & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for transcription and conversation analytics. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into AI strategies. Provide mentorship to team members, foster best practices, and ensure high-quality technical delivery. Conversational AI Development: Oversee development and tuning of ASR models using tools like Whisper, DeepSpeech, Kaldi, AWS/GCP STT. Guide implementation of speaker diarization for multi-speaker conversations. Ensure solutions are domain-tuned and accurate in real-world conditions. Generative AI & NLP Applications: Architect LLM-based pipelines for summarization, topic extraction, and conversation analytics. Design and implement customRAG pipelinesto enrich conversational insights using external knowledge bases. Apply prompt engineering and NER techniques for context-aware interactions. Decision Intelligence & Sentiment Analysis: Drive the development of models forsentiment detection, intent classification , andpredictive recommendations . Enable intelligent workflows that suggest next-best actions and enhance customer experiences. AI at Scale: Oversee deployment pipelines usingDocker, Kubernetes, FastAPI , and cloud-native tools (AWS/GCP/Azure AI). Championcost-effective model servingusing ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton. Implement and monitorMLOps workflowsto support continuous learning and model evolution.What You'll Bring to the Table:Technical Excellence 8+ Years of proven experience leading teams inSpeech-to-Text, NLP, LLMs, and Conversational AIdomains. Strong Python skills and experience withPyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain . Deep understanding ofRAG architectures , vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and cloud deployment practices. Hands-on experience with real-time applications and inference optimization. Leadership & Communication Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong mentorship and team management skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. A passion for transforming business needs into scalable AI systems.Bonus Points For: Experience inhealthcare, pharma, or life sciencesconversational use cases. Exposure toknowledge graphs, RLHF , ormultimodal AI .
