We operate premium facilities pan India across schools, clubs, colleges, and commercial hubs with a focus on high-quality courts, coaching, and player experience.Your Mission As a Business Development Executive, your role is twofold: Venue Expansion Identify and onboard new strategic locations (Schools, Universities, Clubs, Golf Courses, Commercial Towers). Pitch our 360° sports facility model to decision-makers and negotiate lease or revenue-share agreements. Work with founders on scaling court footprint across India. Venue Profit Maximization Boost engagement and revenue from existing locations via events, community building, tournaments, and partnerships. Coordinate with coaching, operations, and marketing teams to enhance player experience and footfall.Who You Are Graduate (any discipline) with 2+ years of experience in sports, fitness, or facility expansion. Experience with sports infra brands (e.g., cricket turfs, badminton arenas, fitness franchises) is a strong plus. Great at networking, pitching, and closing.
