Job Purpose and Responsibilities -Manage the end-to-end admissions process for the AMP suite of programmes, streamlining the process through continuous improvements. Ensure best-in-class experience for stakeholders including candidates, interview panellists (alumni, faculty and staff) etc. Ensure timely application processing, timely scheduling of interviews and timely announcement of results as per agreed schedule. Ensure class formation in each programme as per desired class sizes and class profiles. Ensure DOPT approval for Govt-nominated candidates. Manage the interface with RCIs, Admissions Committee and Scholarship Committee Be the custodian of AFA Policy for AMP suite, ensuring policies are periodically updated with proper approvals. Handle the audit process for AMP suite, ensuring 100% audit compliance Plan and budget for process related activities such as interviews, BGV, registration etc. Design and maintenance of dashboards and analytics for the AMP SuiteKey Responsibilities and % Time Spent Process Management for AMP Suite of Programmes – pre-interview: Application help, application verification and shortlisting, conducting interviews - 35% Process Management for AMP Suite of Programmes – post-interview: results, post-offer and enrolment. Waitlist and deferral management - 30% Scholarship management for AMP Suite - 10% Policy and audit management for AMP Suite - 10% Analytics and dashboards - 15% Total Time Spent on All Responsibilities - 100%Knowledge: Qualification Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Mathematics/ Statistics/ Engineering). MBA preferred.Skills: Technical MS Office, MS Excel (advanced). Salesforce, Power BI/ TableauBehavioural Excellent Spoken and written English, Innovative thinking, Excellent at multi-tasking and coordination. Comfortable with ambiguity.
