The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring top-tier technical talent and a strong background in supporting clients across Local, State, and Federal Government agencies as well as commercial sectors. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the US IT job market, relevant technologies, and compliance with W2 employment requirements.Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for W2-based IT roles and non IT Roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
