Ultimately expanding Gate.Io brand presence in the local market.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the crypto space. Developing new partnerships with media and Affiliates (eg. KOLs, influencers and other local crypto leaders), to attract first-time-depositors and trades; Providing timely, satisfactory and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Gate.Io’s Affiliates and users, proactively liaising with Gate.Io’s internal team, as well as provide improvement recommendations to Bybit management team; Being an integral member in executing on the strategy creatively and practically; Expanding Gate.Io’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers; Enhancing and building Gate.Io’s reputation and business in local markets; Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs; Keeping up with the latest trends on social media,such as YouTube, TikTok, X, etc. and within the Blockchain influencer community.What you will need to be successful in this role:2+ years of affiliate marketing experience Experience building large affiliate networks (KOLs, VIP traders, retail traders, etc) Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation Strong understanding of cryptocurrency space and enthusiasm for blockchain technology. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
