Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Account Growth & Farming:Take ownership of existing key international accounts and focus on growing revenue by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Proactively engage clients to understand their evolving needs and present tailored solutions. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner. Strategic Account Planning:Develop and execute account plans for key international clients, outlining clear objectives, strategies, and action items to meet client needs and achieve business targets. Revenue Generation:Work towards meeting and exceeding revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Solution Selling:Leverage SHI Locuz’s suite ofcloud services ,IT infrastructure , anddigital transformation solutionsto provide clients with high-value solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with the global sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients. Work closely with the pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure alignment with client goals. Contract Renewal & Negotiation:Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Stay engaged with clients through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SHI Locuz solutions. Market & Competitor Insights:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on how SHI Locuz can capitalize on market opportunities. Reporting & Forecasting:Provide regular updates to senior management on account health, sales forecasts, and revenue growth. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track account activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress.Key Qualifications: Experience:Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, with a strong focus on growing existing accounts (farming). Prior experience in IT services, cloud computing, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable. International Experience:Proven experience managing international accounts, ideally inglobal marketsor regions such asEMEA, APAC, or North America . Familiarity with international business practices and cultural nuances is a plus. Account Management Expertise:Strong background in managing large, strategic accounts, including experience in contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Sales & Solution Selling:A deep understanding of solution selling, particularly in the IT or cloud services space. Ability to understand client pain points and position the right solutions. Relationship Building:Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors. Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of closing complex deals and driving long-term client value. Technology Proficiency:Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), IT infrastructure solutions, and digital transformation trends. Tools & CRM Systems:Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage accounts and sales pipelines.
