We at Jio, are hiring for State Service Delivery And Assurance Engineer Lead -Telangana, IndiaRequirements Education: Must be a graduate or Postgraduate preferably (BE / BTech / MCA / M.Sc (IT)) Experience: 5-7 yearsJob Description Ensure productivity benchmarks are met allocate daily & weekly target to field engineers. Verify building readiness for sites planned for delivery. Ensure resources for delivery viz. vendors, materials, logistics and consumables. Verify customer site contact and ensure presence of customers to, avoid repeat visits for delivery & assurance Resolve installation and assurance issues faced by field engineers. Issue Vendor PO and material requisition for specific links delivery Ensure trainings and periodic assessments of field engineers Ensure essential documents are collected during TWO closure to meet regulatory compliance Ensure mandatory periodic & Adhoc audits are completed within, stipulated timeframe Reconcile asset recovery with customer terminationSkill Set : Product & Service knowledge Good understanding of IT Tools Planning & organizing skills Team management skills Project execution excellence Communication skills High on coaching skills
