Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth: Drive sales performance by working closely with store managers to ensure continuous per-store growth, identifying opportunities to boost revenue. 2. Operational SOP Compliance: Ensure that all operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to consistently across all stores, maintaining high-quality standards. 3. Audit Excellence: Manage and monitor store audit processes, ensuring all stores achieve excellent audit scores and maintain operational efficiency. 4. P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) for the city’s operations, working to optimise costs and maximise profitability. 5. Zomato Ratings Management: Regularly monitor and improve Zomato ratings by ensuring high service and product quality, engaging with customer feedback proactively. 6. Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction scores by ensuring superior in-store experiences and addressing customer concerns efficiently. 7. Repair Resolution: Implement a fast, cost-effective resolution system for any maintenance and repair issues that arise during store setup. 8. Process Innovation: Continuously identify and implement new processes and systems to improve metrics such as kiosk storage efficiency and overall throughput in stores. 9. Staffing Management: Ensure that each kiosk is adequately staffed and proficiently trained at all times to meet operational requirements and provide excellent customer service.Good to have: - Proven experience in managing city-wide operations or multi-store management. - Strong understanding of P&L management and cost optimization. - Familiarity with auditing processes and operational SOPs. - Experience in NSO management, with a focus on seamless execution. - Ability to innovate and improve operational processes. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
