Job Title: Senior UX/UI Developer (8+ Years) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Developer with a strong portfolio in designing popular mobile-first products, skilled in modern UX/UI design tools like Figma, and hands-on experience in ReactJS and React Native. The ideal candidate should bring a creative mindset, deep understanding of user-centered design, and solid experience in developing web and mobile applications. Team leadership and mentorship experience will be a strong plus.Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX/UI design and development of scalable, responsive, and engaging web and mobile applications. Use Figma and other popular design tools to create intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems. Translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions with a strong Mobile-First approach. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using ReactJS and React Native. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. Mentor and guide junior developers and designers, promoting a culture of design excellence and innovation. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI, frontend technologies, and design methodologies.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development. Strong portfolio showcasing popular or widely-used mobile-first products. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools. Proficient in ReactJS for web application development and React Native for mobile app development. Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design. Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Proven experience in leading teams or mentoring designers/developers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with tools like Storybook, Framer, InVision, or Zeplin. Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
