Work collaboratively with the billing team to achievecollections and revenue targets . Document call interactions, update claim status, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Requirements:1 to 3 yearsof experience inAR calling (hospital billing) . Strong understanding ofUS healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) . Good knowledge ofinsurance guidelines and claim adjudication . Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills. Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand meet deadlines.
