We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced marketing manager to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for lead flow. Communicate and educate the sales team on plans and outcomes for better target allotment- Planning, budgeting, forecasting the lead requirements in adherence with Centre and team requirement- Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing leads in a timely manner- Maintaining various key performance matrixes - CPA, CPL, Revenue, and ROI- To drive effective BTL marketing campaigns: School Engagement, Seminar/Webinar,- Kiosk placement in societies/Mall/Metro, OOH, Local print/Media, D2D- Work closely with the Centre Managers & AVPs to establish a robust inbound lead generation engine that runs on a well-planned approach- Plan carefully customer-oriented campaigns for the entire year while targeting the revenue goals for the respective BLCs- Responsible for cracking local assets along with national assets for lead generation- Responsible for recruitment, training, managing and leading agencies, interns and on ground team members to ensure seamless delivery of leads- Work closely with field marketers, based locally in the regions, to help execute your campaign plans.- Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders including Center head, marketing managers, sales team etc- Report weekly progress in easy-to-read, executive style dashboards, along with plans to fix gaps between actual and targeted leads value- Use experience and best practice to create a marketing strategy focused on positioning BLC in the top segment of coaching institutes- Develop engaging programs to re-engage with existing customers- Continuously develop new strategies to increase touch-points within a customer's journey in order to optimize conversion rates.Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude (taking pleasure in helping others and ensuring the office is always a pleasant work space)- Good understanding of BTL activities and experience in running lead generation using modern marketing tools and approaches- Good knowledge in marketing automation, running multi-channel campaign flows, content marketing, account-based marketing, media monitoring, etc.- Excellent level of numeracy- Attention to detail- Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing- Excellent time management skills- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines- Proactive self-starter.- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.- Flexible during times of change- Strong written and oral communication skills- Skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial- Strong management skills- Excellent administration skills- Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency- Strong problem solving and organizational skills with a dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.Candidate Profile :- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics/ Marketing Science in an agency or client organization. Experience in online or edtech would be beneficial- Experience in Marketing Analytics, Media Mix, Digital Marketing, Campaign Analytics, CRM Analytics- Must be completely hands-on with a willingness to deep dive into any issue to get a resolution- Must be detail-oriented and analytical, problem solving, have self-motivated and organized personality that thrives in a data-driven environment- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and builds strong relationships across functions- Takes ownership and drives a sense of urgency; highly accountable.- Excellent - coach- who is results-oriented, and can build and motivate high-performance teams.- Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment
