Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (S/4 HANA & CO-CEA / COPA / CO)Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Delhi / NCR / REMOTEExperience Level: 6 to 15 YearsShift Timing: Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)**Notice Period: Immediate or Short Notice Joiners Preferred**Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4 HANA and SAP Financials, particularly in Controlling (CO-CEA, COPA, CO) and associated sub-modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in S/4 HANA - Implementation, Support, and Rollout projects, with a deep understanding of FIORI Apps and SAP FICO sub-modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Month End Closing, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement.Responsibilities:- Lead and support S/4 HANA FICO implementations, ensuring successful delivery of CO-CEA, COPA, and CO modules. - Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO processes, focusing on Controlling (CO-CEA, CO-CCA, COPA), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), and month-end processes like Closing, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement. - Manage and resolve complex FICO Tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and ticket status is updated in ticketing tools. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. - Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements using tools like LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM. - Configure and customize SAP sub-modules such as FI-New GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, Asset Accounting, CO-CEA, CO-CCA, CO-PC, COPA, Treasury, Material Ledger, and MBC. - Gain deep understanding and provide support for S/4 HANA changes, FIORI Apps, and other financial enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions in the Finance & Controlling domain. - Support S/4 HANA changes and configurations to ensure seamless execution of financial and controlling processes across various SAP systems.Key Requirements:- Strong experience in S/4 HANA FICO - Implementation, Support, and Rollout projects, with expertise in Controlling (CO-CEA, CO-CCA, COPA) and SAP Financials. - In-depth understanding of FI-New GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, Asset Accounting, CO-CEA, CO-CCA, CO-PC, COPA, and Material Ledger Activation to plants. - Proven experience in Month End Closing, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement processes. - Hands-on experience with FIORI Apps and exposure to S/4 HANA changes and updates. - Ability to support FICO Tickets, maintain SLAs, and update ticket status in the ticketing tool. - Familiarity with business process mapping and system solutions, including tools like LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM.Preferred Qualifications:- SAP Certification in S/4 HANA FICO or relevant SAP modules. - Strong expertise in the overall delivery and configuration of SAP Finance & Controlling processes. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on understanding client requirements and providing solutions for incidents. - Experience with global clients and remote work environments is a plus.Why Join Us:- Work with cutting-edge SAP FICO, S/4 HANA technology in a global, dynamic environment. - Opportunity for continuous learning and career growth in the SAP FICO domain. - Flexible work environment with options for remote work or office-based locations. - Be part of an innovative and fast-growing company that supports professional and personal development.Location Options: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, NCR, or RemoteTo Apply: If you're an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA - Implementation, Support, Rollout projects, FIORI Apps, and other SAP Financials processes, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please send your resume to balaveeraiah.yarabikki@ or reach out for more details!
