Job Description: 1. Leadership & Team Management Lead and oversee the business development team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive growth and performance. Set clear business development targets and objectives, monitoring progress and ensuring achievement of key goals. Foster a high-performance culture within the team by conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.2. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s presence in the forex industry. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Establish and execute strategic initiatives to attract new clients, partners, and institutional investors.3. Client & Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and IBs. Expand the company’s introducing broker (IB) network and partnership programs to drive client acquisition. Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction, enhancing long-term business relationships.4. Collaboration & Cross-Department Alignment Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Coordinate with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure all business development activities meet regulatory requirements. Lead strategic discussions with internal stakeholders to enhance service offerings and market positioning.Requirements: Able to speak in fluent English is necessary. Extensive experience in Forex sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent knowledge of the Forex market, trading platforms, products, and industry regulations. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
