Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of Forex sales professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive sales performance. Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitor individual and team progress towards those goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, attract new customers, and increase revenue. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Forex market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base through effective relationship management. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service. Stay up to date with industry developments, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact the Forex market and provide relevant updates and recommendations to the team. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Implement and enforce compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in Forex sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Previous experience in a leadership or team management role. In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, currency pairs, trading platforms, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and build relationships with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and devise effective sales strategies. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the Forex industry.
