Pragmatic Play strives to create the most engaging and evocative experience for customers globally across a range of products, including slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports and bingo.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitoring technical stack (Viz., servers, network, storage, database, and applications etc.) to cover the production environments 24 - x7.Standardize, automate the provisioning, and support aspects as reusable cloud services and interfaces. - Develop infrastructure as code on AWS / Azure / GCP using best practices and implementations for nonproduction and production environments. - Implement automated configuration and deployment process towards improving functionality, availability, and manageability of our enterprise cloud offerings. - Lead technical operations on key initiatives or projects from requirements to design to implementation. - Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and reporting of global cloud data centres and enterprise networks. - Improve productivity in delivery orchestration, proactive monitoring, self-healing automation and operations validation.KEY SKILLS- B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 5+ years and 10+ years total experience. - 5 years or more experience in Frontend Development. - An expert comprehension of core web and browser concepts (e.g., how does JavaScript handle asynchronous code. - In-depth experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - Proven track record building and managing high-performing Frontend Development teams. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality and performing web products. - Experience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry. - Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on time - Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available set up - Practical experience and ability to drive design and architecture of multiple subsystems with other senior members of the team. - Experience with new open-source technologies and their adoption into product. - Strong experience in working on highly scalable systems. - Self-driven, responsible, and keen eye to details. - Strong collaborator and has skills to participate/guide technical discussions. - Ability to achieve consensus amongst stakeholder. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. - Experience with startups and fast paced environments is an added advantage.What We OfferDriven by a persistence to craft immersive experiences and responsible thrills, our professional team consistently deliver best-in-class services with a dedication to create games that players love time and time again.- Competitive compensation depending on experience. - Opportunities for professional and personal development. - Opportunities to progress within a dynamic team. - Chance to work with close and collaborative colleagues - Comprehensive health coverageOur Values- PERSISTENCE : We never give up and are determined to be the best at what we do.- RESPECT : We value and respect our clients, their players, and our team members; promoting professionalism, integrity and fairness without compromise.- OWNERSHIP : We take ownership of our work and consistently deliver in a reliable manner; always providing the highest level of quality.
