Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles within the life sciences with overall 15+yrs of expereince in IT . Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs or projects. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, etc.). Knowledge of life sciences industry standards, regulations, and compliance (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO 13485).
