We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Growth Manager to lead our customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through strategic paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is an expert in Google Ads, performance marketing, and data analytics, with a strong understanding of optimizing ad spend to maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities Google Ads Strategy & Execution● Develop and implement high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.● Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements to achieve maximum ROI and customer acquisition goals.● Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Performance Analysis & Optimization● Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.● Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates.● Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models to refine campaign performance. Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition● Identify new audience segments and market opportunities for campaign expansion.● Develop lookalike and retargeting strategies to enhance customer retention and acquisition.● Implement scalable growth strategies based on data insights and market trends.
