We are looking for a talented and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top IT talent to support our growing operations.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber IT professionals for positions across the United States. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet the company’s hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions. Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities. Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and other recruitment channels to identify and engage qualified candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate offers, and close candidates in alignment with company salary guidelines and policies. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with all recruitment activity and candidate status. Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US-based positions. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, systems, and networks). Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and social media for recruitment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with US labor laws and work authorization requirements (preferred).
