You will be responsible for working closely with international clients, helping them implement and mature their quality processes. You will leverage your expertise in test management and defect management tools, and your deep knowledge of the development lifecycle and Agile methodology to enhance our clients’ testing strategies. Onsite travel experience will be an advantage.Skills Required: Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in functional manual testing. Strong background in QE maturity assessments and process improvement, particularly in client-facing roles. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in communicating with international clients. Tools & Technologies: Hands-on experience as an Administrator on Jira, ADO, Xray, QTest, TestRail. Proficiency in Test Management and Defect Management tools such as ALM, Jira, Bugzilla, Xray, QTest, TestRail, ADO. Process & Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile methodology and how testing integrates into the development lifecycle. Experience with Test Strategy and Test Plan documentation, including risk management. Knowledge of Defect Lifecycle, root cause analysis, and process improvements for reducing defects. Test Automation & Performance Testing: Experience with test automation and performance testing. Models & Standards: Familiarity with industry-standard models such as TMMi, TPI, etc. Knowledge of TCoE establishment and implementation. Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB, CSQA, or similar Testing Certifications. Travel: Onsite travel experience (short or long-term) will be an advantage.
